Thomas Ayeko
Ayeko was part of the Ugandan team that won a gold medal at the World Cross-Country Championships in Denmark this year. He was fourth in the 5000m at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and won a bronze medal in the African Cross-Country Championships in the same year. He has a half-marathon personal best of 60:26.
